The all new British manufactured Patriot woodturning chuck, which has been skilfully designed and manufactured by Robert Sorby, after carefully listening to the woodturner and his and hers requirements and what they want from the woodturning chuck.

The Patriot woodturning chuck comes complete and is fitted with a 2” (50mm) set of jaws. These have an internal and external dovetail and gripper teeth for greater secure holding. It is also supplied with a screw chuck and an insert to fit all available lathes in the country (please state size thread adaptor required when ordering). A big plus with the new Patriot chuck is that if in the future you need to change your lathe and if the thread is of a different size to your old lathe, there is no need to spend all the money needed to buy a new chuck, with the Patriot Chuck all you require is to replace the thread adaptor to Suit the size of your new lathe.
