Description
The Robert Sorby Woodturning Chuck Insert or Exert enables the Patriot chuck and the Supernova² Chuck to be fitted to the lathe, this is done by screwing the insert or exert into the back of the chuck, with the added advantage that if at any time you decide to purchase a new lathe or an additional lathe, which is fitted with a different spindle size. Rather than you having to buy a new or an additional expensive chuck, all you need do is buy a new chuck insert or exert to fit your new lathe.
