The marking gauge is a simple tool to use and is used for marking a parallel line along the timbers edge along the grain and the end grain of the timber
The Planet marking gauge is made from carefully selected rosewood with a protective lacquered finish, fitted with single sharp pin for marking the timber and a brass knurled thumbscrew for more robust use.
